This composition was written whilst I was a lecturer at James Cook University. As in most graduation ceremonies they usually play Elgar's Pomp and Circumstance so I wanted to add an alternative processional. This processional became the official processional for James Cook University played at all graduation ceremonies. Initially scored for Big Band as the band that performs at the JCU ceremonies is the 1RAR band, this version if for Concert Band.
